Refund and Cancellation Policy

Classes Cancelled or Rescheduled by MedStat

If a class is canceled or rescheduled from its original planned date and time by MedStat, a full refund of any fees paid will be issued. This refund will be issued to the original payment method. Any course materials that may have been pre-purchased directly from MedStat may be returned for a full refund so long as they are in new, resalable condition.

Student Cancelation with Advance Notice

Students unable to attend classes may cancel for a full refund with notice 48 hours prior to the class start date and time. Students my submit cancellation notice via email at info@medstatcpr.com or by calling MedStat by telephone at 661-794-2010. Students giving less than 48 hours notice will receive a credit toward a future class.

Deposits for private classes are non-refundable. If a private class is canceled, the deposit amount may be applied as a credit to a future training. This credit subject to expiration as detailed below.

Hybrid(Blended) / Online Classes

Hybrid classes (i.e. Hybrid First Aid+CPR and BLS) consist of two parts: the online didactic and the in-person skills session. All digital resources are non-refundable, this includes access links to the online portions of these types of classes. If you cancel within 48 hours of a scheduled in-person date you will receive a partial refund that excludes the cost of the online portion of the class.

Failure to Attend

Registration fees are non-refundable if a student fails to attend a class for which they registered and failed to provide the required notice. In such an event, the student may choose to receive credit toward a future class rather than completely forfeit registration fees.

Expiration of Credits

Credits issued for future classes expire one year from the date of issue and may not be redeemed for cash.
